Navitas welcomes Tom Buckley as new Executive General Manager, University Partnerships Europe

Navitas University Partnerships Europe (UPE) is delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Buckley as Executive General Manager, UPE. Tom joins Navitas from Lancaster University where he was responsible for student marketing, recruitment and global engagement. He also served two terms as Principal of Cartmel College at Lancaster.

Additionally, Tom brings a wealth of TNE experience, having led professional and academic services for Lancaster’s transnational education agenda and portfolio of four TNE partner campuses around the globe. His work on effective organisational change management in higher education, transnational education and internationalisation in higher education has also been featured at numerous professional conferences.

Tom commences his new role at Navitas on 1st September, 2022.
