Navitas Insights: Human-centred research – a catalyst for innovation

Every education provider knows how important it is to continually understand, evaluate and measure the quality of their students’ experiences. While it is useful to scrutinise pass rates, progression data and identify trends between different cohorts, this doesn’t give a holistic, human picture of our students. To complement the charts, graphs and tables, we also need deep, human-centred research.

Lucy Blakemore​​, Head of Customer Research and Insights (DCX), dived deep with our students to hear and understand their personal stories to gain insights into how Navitas can provide the right support at the time students need it most. It's our feature article this month!
