UPIC introduces reduced tuition fees and flexible payment plans

University of Plymouth International College (UPIC) is introducing significantly reduced tuition fees for selected programs starting in September 2026, making the study journey more accessible to international students.

The Foundation program in Business will now be available from £14,000, while other Foundation programs will start at £16,750. The Pre-Masters fee has also been reduced from £9,750 to £7,950. Combined with Plymouth’s lower living costs and strong employment opportunities, these changes offer excellent value for students progressing to a degree at the University of Plymouth, a Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) Triple Gold rated university.

UPIC is also introducing a flexible instalment plan for tuition fees. Students will pay a £5000 deposit before their CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) is issued, which applies to both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The major change is that no payment is required on enrolment. The remaining balance can then be paid in monthly instalments, with up to four instalments for Pre-Masters programs and up to eight instalments for Foundation and Year One programs. This payment option is only available to applicants from Russia and CIS, East Africa, South Africa, and West Africa.

Take advantage of these new tuition fees and flexible payment options by applying for the September 2026 intake today.
