South Asia Agent Gathering 2026: Reconnecting through a Digital Detox

From 8 – 11 June 2026, Navitas proudly hosted the South Asia Agent Gathering 2026 in Kathmandu, Nepal, bringing together valued recruitment partners from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka for four days of learning, collaboration, and celebration.

The gathering commenced on 8 June with a warm welcome reception at the iconic Hotel Yak & Yeti, offering delegates the opportunity to experience one of Kathmandu’s most renowned heritage hotels while reconnecting with colleagues and industry peers.

The highlight of the event was the conference day on 9 June, centred around the theme “Digital Detox – Bring Out Your Inner Child.” In a refreshing departure from traditional conferences, there were no PowerPoint presentations, no slideshows, and no mobile phones in use throughout the day. Instead, participants engaged in a series of interactive activities, including Pictionary, crossword puzzles, an Imposter Challenge, and LEGO-based product showcases representing Navitas offerings from around the world. The unique format encouraged creativity, teamwork, and genuine connection, and it received overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees.

The day concluded with a Gala Dinner filled with music, dancing, and networking, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and strengthen partnerships.

On 10 June, delegates explored the historic city of Bhaktapur, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where they enjoyed cultural sightseeing, local shopping, and an authentic traditional Newari dining experience, bringing the gathering to a memorable close.

The South Asia Agent Gathering 2026 was more than just an event; it was an opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships, foster new connections, and encourage cross-market collaboration. By bringing together partners from across the region, the gathering opened doors for greater inter-regional engagement and future growth opportunities, further reinforcing Navitas’ commitment to building strong, long-term partnerships throughout South Asia.
