Seeing is believing: agents experience the THPC-to-THUAS journey firsthand

At the beginning of July, The Hague Pathway College (THPC) welcomed 10 agents from Vietnam and Cambodia, together with Navitas Regional Manager (North Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar) Trang Vu and Student Recruitment Manager Ngoc Giang, for the Navitas Europe Fam Trip 2026. The two-day itinerary in the Netherlands offered the partners a firsthand look at the full student journey from THPC to degree study at The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS).

The visit began with a welcome from THPC’s College Director Marlies Overbeek and THUAS’s Senior Recruitment Officer Joseph Morrin, followed by presentations on Applied Computer Science and Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Agents were also introduced to Project Beethoven, which highlighted the growing demand for skilled graduates in these fields and the important role the partnership plays in preparing students for future careers. They then explored THUAS Sport Campus Zuiderpark and the main university campus. Led by THPC’ Student Recruitment Coordinator Saulena Matuzaite, attendees also gained valuable insights into the progression pathway available to international students.

A dedicated speed networking session later provided valuable opportunities for agents to connect with the THPC team, followed by dinner in The Hague and a visit to the iconic windmills of Zaanse Schans, which showcased Dutch culture and reinforced the connection and mutual understanding at the heart of this partnership.

The visit concluded with appreciation for the participating agent partners, the Navitas Vietnam team, and colleagues from THPC and THUAS whose collaboration and support made the two-day program a success.
