Navitas India team strengthens agent knowledge through ICP and ARU College workshops

Navitas India team hosted a series of interactive workshops at the Delhi office this month for agency counsellors, featuring Kezia Hall, Student Recruitment Manager at International College Portsmouth (ICP), and Luning Yan, Director of Marketing and Admissions at Anglia Ruskin University College (ARU College).

The ICP session provided counsellors with the latest updates on programmes, scholarships, entry requirements, and key selling points, equipping them with valuable insights to better support students considering study pathways in the UK. To keep the session engaging, counsellors also participated in a fun quiz, testing their knowledge of Portsmouth and ICP. Prize winners were recognised, and participants left with stronger product knowledge, renewed enthusiasm, and greater confidence in promoting ICP.

The ARU College workshop fostered a warm and collaborative atmosphere, with counsellors actively participating in discussions, asking insightful questions, and sharing valuable market feedback. The open exchange of ideas strengthened the partnership between ARU College and the agency network while reinforcing counsellors’ understanding of the college’s offerings.
