Launching our FY25 Impact Report

Reflecting on our year of Impact as an employer, an educator, and a global citizen in FY25

Today we are proud to launch our latest Impact Report!  

An Impact Report is a document we publish once a year, reflecting on how we have performed against our twelve priority Impact topics, through our three impact lenses: educator, employer, and global citizen. The Report is informed by data collected from our Impact Survey, carbon emissions reporting, and more, supplemented by stories from across the organisation. 

About this year’s report

This year has been a challenging year for many of us, and for communities across the world. When preparing this report, we wanted to reflect on how we can continue to build resilience – and what kind of organisation we want to be in the years ahead.  

What anchors us is clarity about who we are and what we stand for. We exist to expand access to education and transform lives through learning. We are committed to our students, our partners, and the communities we serve. And we hold ourselves to high standards of integrity, care, and professionalism. 

The report we are publishing today is a practical expression of that focus. Our impact report brings together the work delivered by teams across Navitas in FY25 and shows, in very tangible ways, how we continue to make a difference as an educator, employer, and global citizen. It also shows where we have room to grow and what initiatives we are excited to expand upon in FY26. 

In this year’s report you will find:

• information about our governance and data sources 

• celebrations of student, staff, and partner successes  

• how our teams centre student welfare to support student achievement 

• stories of DEI initiatives connecting our staff across the world 

• our latest carbon emissions data, and how we offset our Business Partner Conference  

• stories from another year with our incredible Navitas Education Trust (NET) partners and what they have achieved with support from NET funding 

• reflections on our Indigenous Rights, Justice and Reconciliation Activities and launching our Innovate RAP in Australia 

• and, plenty more. 

The FY25 report showcases how we expand education and support student outcomes through academic, wellbeing and employability initiatives; how we build inclusive, safe and supportive environments for our people; and, how we respect the environment and communities we work with. 

This impact doesn’t happen by accident. Our impact is built day-by-day by our teams around the world: their care for students a shared commitment to doing what matters most.
