Inspiring students and counsellors across Latin America in 2025

This year has been a year defined by possibility across Latin America. From engaging over 75 counsellors in Colombia at the start of the year to presenting on the history of college counselling in Puebla, every initiative has been guided by the same conviction: students in this region possess extraordinary potential, and global education can help them realise it.

Throughout the year, the school engagement team in LATAM worked closely with counsellors, principals, and families across Colombia, Panama, Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Mexico, expanding awareness of Navitas pathways. Conversations at fairs, international events such as IACAC, workshops, and school visits invited communities to imagine education beyond borders: where young people develop adaptability, confidence, curiosity, and purpose.

This narrative was brought to life through the Certificate in International Education Awareness, sessions on reverse-engineering the future, reflections on the evolving world of work, and interactive events like the Colour & Career Experience, blending wellbeing with academic guidance.

The impact was visible in the eyes of counsellors discovering the value of self-care, in students exploring study destinations from Vancouver to Sydney, and in principals recognising that guidance is an ethical responsibility.

Behind the scenes, partnerships were strengthened, digital resources developed, and data-driven approaches enhanced understanding of belonging, resilience, and student growth. What made 2025 unique was not only what was delivered but also the way it was delivered: through warmth, clarity, and hope.

This year, Navitas’ presence in the region grew by focusing on relationships, storytelling, professional trust, and shared purpose.

The global vision was never abstract—it was personal: one student, one family, one counsellor at a time, discovering new horizons.
