ECC students meet with Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Perth Western Australia
Edith Cowan College (ECC) Indonesian students had the special opportunity to meet Mr Irvan Buchari, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Perth, Western Australia. The meeting offered students a meaningful chance to connect with an important representative of their home country while studying abroad.
Students shared their international study experiences, exchanged insights and received valuable encouragement about making the most of their time in Australia. The occasion also provided an opportunity to strengthen their connection with the wider Indonesian community in Perth and celebrate the experiences of Indonesian students overseas.
It was a proud and memorable occasion that celebrated the students’ journey and highlighted the strong educational, cultural and community ties between Indonesia and Australia. A wonderful reminder of how studying abroad can create connections that reach far beyond the classroom.
