Curtin Singapore and Cisco collaborate on the first International Innovation Central in Singapore

Curtin Singapore, in partnership with Cisco, introduced Innovation Central Singapore on 24 October 2025, the first international Innovation Central established by Cisco. This initiative reinforced Curtin Singapore’s role as a hub for digital innovation, applied research, and industry collaboration across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

The Innovation Central Singapore will be located at Curtin Singapore and is expected to be operational in Q1 2026. Once completed, it will serve as a collaborative space for students, researchers, and industry partners to work on technology-driven projects and co-develop innovative, real-world solutions.

This event highlighted Curtin Singapore’s technology programs, designed to develop the next generation of tech talent and meet evolving industry needs.

Distinguished guests, including H.E. Allaster Cox, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, representatives from Cisco, Google, SGTech, and SingHealth attended the event. The program featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking sessions, showcasing collaborative opportunities Innovation Central Singapore will enable for students, researchers, and industry partners.

The event marks a significant step in Curtin Singapore’s ongoing mission to foster innovation, research excellence, and industry collaboration.
