The INSPIRE Awards is our employee recognition program designed to shine the spotlight on the people and teams in our organisation whose knowledge, skills and dedication are helping us achieve that vision.
The annual INSPIRE Awards ceremony is one of the biggest events in the Navitas calendar – it’s a time where we recognise and celebrate the truly exceptional people we have at Navitas. The awards surface stories and achievements of our colleagues who live out the Navitas values in the way they perform in their roles.
The all-employee INSPIRE Awards Ceremony on Thursday 22 October saw hundreds of excited staff across Navitas join the webinar to listen as Navitas Group CEO Scott Jones announced our 2026 winners!
