ARU College business students host Seasonal Market in Cambridge

On Tuesday, 14th April, ARU College Business students hosted a Seasonal Market in Cambridge. The event was designed as a student-led marketplace, offering students hands-on business experience.

As part of their assessment, the students were marked on the event. It helped them develop key skills in selling, communication, social interaction, and project management, while also providing an opportunity to raise funds for local charities.

The market was open to the public, students, and staff, featuring a range of student-run stalls. Highlights included henna tattoos offered for £5, which also came with a free hot drink and croissant. Many students also sold sweet treats, hot drinks, and goodie bags.

Special thanks go to the Faculty Lead for Business & Law, Ali Raja, for supporting students in delivering the successful event.
