Pre-sessional English now available at Manchester Metropolitan University International College

Students applying to Manchester Metropolitan University International College can now take a Pre-Sessional English (PSE) program, delivered by the Manchester Metropolitan University English Centre, as an alternative way to meet their English language condition. This option is available to students aged 18 and over from eligible low-risk countries.

The program is offered in 5-week and 10-week formats, with both online and on-campus study options. It focuses on developing academic English through interactive lessons, independent study, and personalised tutor support. Upon successful completion, students can progress to their chosen program at the Manchester Met International College without retaking IELTS (subject to meeting other offer conditions).

There is no separate application required. Eligible students will be referred once they meet their offer conditions and confirm their interest.
