Hi, I’m Vikas Panjwani, I lead on Group Strategy here at Navitas, and I’ve been with Navitas for 6 plus years.
The thing I value the most about Navitas is diversity, and that has different facets to it. Diversity in terms of our students who come and study with us, diversity in terms of our people from all the different countries, diversity in terms of the institutions that we run – and what that does for me on a day-to-day basis is no two days are the same. Every day brings new challenges, new opportunities, and that keeps me very, very energised and inspired. So I really value the diversity.
One of my favourite memories working at Navitas would be visiting any of our campuses. Every time I visit a campus anywhere on the planet, just to see our students work so hard towards their goals, and to see our people support our students working towards their goals. Whether it’s a quiet word of encouragement or if it’s a major breakthrough, it just reminds me of the real impact that we are making as an organisation and puts your work on a day-to-day basis into perspective.
