Navitas School Channel Indochina expansion in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Navitas Indochina organised a major event series on 19 to 21 November in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, marking the official launch of the school channel in the market.
Forging new partnerships: Navitas VIP lunch with six top-tier leading international school groups in Cambodia
Navitas Indochina marked a significant milestone on 19 November by hosting a VIP lunch in Phnom Penh for leading education pioneers in Cambodia. This exclusive gathering brought together the visionary Founders, Owners, and influential business leaders of six top-tier international school groups, including:
- ICS International School
- CIA International School
- Bromsgrove International School of Cambodia
- Paragon International University
- Herrington International School
- Harrods International School Cambodia
The strategic engagement reflects Navitas’s commitment to the market by directly connecting with the highest level of leadership, fostering deep and long-term partnerships, and showcasing Navitas’ dedication to providing quality global pathways for Cambodian students. The VIP lunch was instrumental in setting the stage for future collaboration and expansion within the Indochina school channel.
Historic milestone: first Cambodian MoU signed with ICS International School
The success continued on 19 November with the official signing of the first Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Cambodia with ICS International School.
ICS International School is an Official Cambridge International Centre, offering the full Cambridge Pathway (IGCSE/A-Level) through a strong bilingual model (integrating the Cambridge and Cambodian National Curricula). This centrally located school has a robust pipeline of students in Grades 10 to 12 who are financially capable and highly interested in studying abroad, particularly in Australia, the UK, and North America.
This landmark partnership provides ICS students with direct, supported pathways to top global universities across all Navitas destination regions. The MoU signing signifies a crucial step in formalising Navitas’ presence and scaling up recruitment opportunities through the school channel in Cambodia.
A night of celebration: Navitas Cambodia workshop and Eynesbury College launch
On 20 November, the event series culminated with the successful Navitas Business Partners Workshop & Gala Dinner, held under the fun “Navi-verse & Horoscopes” theme. The event united the newly engaged school leaders, trusted education agents, and partners. The evening was further elevated by the presence of a representative from the Australian Embassy in Cambodia.
A special highlight of the night was the official launch of Eynesbury College in Cambodia, which offers pathway programs leading to Adelaide University, one of the Group of Eight Universities in Australia. The workshop provided agents and school counsellors with essential updates across all Navitas regions, aligning recruitment strategies and strengthening collaborative ties. This event successfully celebrated the growth of the Navitas network and commitment to supporting the next generation of Cambodian global students.
Dynamic student outreach at NTC and ASEAN School Fairs
To maximise direct student engagement during the Cambodia trip, the Navitas Indochina team successfully participated in two high-traffic school events: the NTC School Fair and the ASEAN School Fair. Expert Education, Navitas’ key partner in Cambodia, organised both events.
A series of dynamic and highly engaging activities was hosted for students at both fairs, which were instrumental in building brand awareness and generating a strong pipeline of direct student inquiries for Navitas’ global institutions. These activities effectively complemented the high-level engagement with school leadership and expanded the reach to potential applicants across Phnom Penh.
