Celebrating five years of partnership: QC GSSP and Queens College

Queens College Global Student Success Program (QC GSSP) is proud to celebrate five years of partnership with Queens College, City University of New York. Since launching in January 2020, the program has welcomed 735 students from 38 countries through both the General Admission and GSSP pathways, each contributing to a vibrant, globally minded community on campus.

To mark the milestone, QC GSSP hosted a “Celebrating Five Years” event on Tuesday, October 21, bringing together students, faculty, staff, and campus leadership.

The celebration began with remarks from Queens College President Frank Wu, who spoke about the transformative power of higher education and the importance of partnership and community. Darcy Rollins, Head of Division for University Partnerships North America, followed with reflections on the program’s impact and future.

QC GSSP looks forward to welcoming more international students and continuing to strengthen this successful collaboration for years to come.
