SAE launches new graduate certificate in Software Development

SAE University College is proud to announce the launch of the Graduate Certificate of Software Development (GCSD). This new course will be available from Trimester 3, 2025 (September) in Sydney and Trimester 1, 2026 (February) in Perth.

Whether starting or looking to progress into postgraduate study, this hands-on course is designed to help students build in-demand skills in programming, UX, and systems design. Students will learn from experienced industry professionals and gain real-world experience through collaborative projects focused on full-stack development, object-oriented programming, agile project management, and human-centred design.

As a nested qualification, the GCSD comprises the first trimester of the Master of Information Technology program, providing a structured and supported entry into advanced postgraduate study. Students will gain a comprehensive learning experience and a master’s qualification in just two years. Scholarships of up to $2,500 are available for international students.
