BCUIC’s exciting events in July
Virtual Open Day, 9 July 2025
Birmingham City University International College (BCUIC) is hosting a Virtual Open Day on Wednesday, 9 July. Participants will have the opportunity to hear insights from over 20 speakers, including expert academics, friendly support staff, and current students from around the world. Attend the virtual event to explore current course offerings, discover the vibrant city-centre campus, and ask questions!
Online Summer School, 21-24 July 2025
BCUIC Online Summer School is coming at the end of July. At just £50 per person, students can get an authentic taste of university study by attending online classes with a BCUIC tutor. Focusing on creativity, they will learn new skills and work on a live brief alongside other school pupils from across the globe. A certificate will be awarded upon completion.

Design Competition
The BCUIC Design Competition is open for entry now. Students who enter the design competition can have their own design printed on BCUIC merchandise and shipped and distributed globally. All they need to do is watch one of BCUIC’s taster sessions, get creative at home, and submit their design via the online form before 25 July 2025.
