Design the Future – Study Architecture at ARU College

From designing family homes to shaping entire cities, architects play a vital role in transforming the spaces we live in. ARU College’s BA (Hons) Architecture degree equips students with the knowledge and skills to bring their ideas to life.

Accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and recognised as Part 1 by the Architects Registration Board (ARB), this course is designed to industry standards, ensuring students receive a professionally relevant, top-tier education (according to the National Student Survey 2024, ARU College is ranked 3rd in the UK for Academic Support among architecture courses).

With optional annual European field trips to inspiring cities like Lisbon, Venice, Rome, and Vienna, students can apply for Turing Scheme scholarships to gain hands-on experience. Offering students the chance to spend four weeks studying in Venice or working in Barcelona over the summer.

The Foundation and International Year One programmes are also available for students who don’t meet the direct entry requirements, including students who haven’t studied the required subjects, have taken a break from education, or want to build a stronger foundation. These programs will help them develop the creative and technical skills essential for success in architecture school and beyond.

Applications are now open for the September 2025 intake. Visit ARU College’s website to learn more.
