Innovation Sprint at La Trobe University Sydney Campus
La Trobe University Sydney Campus came alive on 28–29 May with the Innovation Sprint—an exciting, hands-on challenge delivered in collaboration with St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney.
Across two fast-paced days, students tackled real-world digital health challenges, building the skills needed for the future healthcare workforce.
Working in teams, they brought ideas to life with energy, creativity, and sharp problem-solving, showcasing exactly what happens when classroom learning meets industry impact. The experience was elevated by interactive public speaking workshops from ASE Group, where students pushed beyond their comfort zone by sharing ideas with confidence, embracing creativity, and learning through laughter along the way.
The campus buzzed with collaboration, momentum, and innovation—fuelled by great food and even greater ideas. Industry insights from St Vincent’s staff and Dr Urooj R. Khan added real-world relevance, highlighting emerging careers and the rapidly evolving opportunities within the health sector.
This is learning reimagined—practical, inspiring, and directly connected to the future.
