Navitas is pleased to announce that we have renewed our agreement with the University of Canterbury for the conduct of pathway programs at UC International College in Christchurch, New Zealand until 10 December 2023.
Established in 2013, UC International College offers a range of exclusive university transfer programs into University of Canterbury undergraduate programs in commerce, engineering, science and product design, as well as foundation and study abroad programs.
“We are delighted to be extending our partnership with the University of Canterbury which has enabled many international students to study at one of New Zealand’s premier universities and look forward to continuing to support the University’s International Growth Strategy”, said Navitas Group Chief Executive Officer, David Buckingham.
University of Canterbury Vice-Chancellor Dr Rod Carr said: “UC is pleased to continue to partner with the UCIC pathway programme, which was the first of its kind in New Zealand, designed to assist international students to better adapt to the challenges of living and studying in a new country. It’s most fitting that this agreement will take us into the 150th anniversary year of the founding of the University in 1873.”
Navitas does not make publicly available student enrolment numbers on an individual college basis but notes that it releases student enrolment data on a regular basis.
