Navitas Education Trust applications open for FY24

The FY24 funding round of the Navitas Education Trust (NET) is now open for applications, with leading global education provider Navitas on the lookout for development organisations in need of funding for education-based projects.

Drawing inspiration from the Navitas purpose of transforming lives through education, the NET provides support to development organisations with an education focus to bring about change where it is most needed.

The NET has helped numerous organisations deliver positive educational outcomes to communities across Africa and Asia. Funding has been used to build classroom infrastructure, provide scholarships, support tuition centres, and more recently to produce digital teaching and learning resources and fund the construction of schools made from eco blocks (bricks made of recycled plastic).

For the FY24 round, Navitas is again prioritising education-based projects that demonstrate innovation in education and promote sustainability. Navitas CEO Scott Jones says, “As an organisation, we are placing greater focus on the environmental and social impacts of our operations. The Navitas Education Trust is a foundational pillar of our evolving ESG (Environment Social Governance) strategy. We are looking forward to extending our positive impact by working with NET partners that provide sustainable solutions that increase access to education and improve outcomes for students around the world”.

Application for funding is via an online form, and submissions are open until Friday 17 March 2023. For more information about the NET and to obtain the FY24 application guidelines, please head to the Navitas Education Trust page of our website.

The Navitas Education Trust has donated over $3 million in grants to a diverse range of education-based projects around the world since its inception in 2013.
